I'm domesticating the wild apartment complex garbage-picker. The dumpster across the parking lot is my version of a bird feeder. Soon they'll be taking Simon and Garfunkel cassette tapes from my HAND.

Apartment Therapy is starting up another round of Eight Week Cure and I'm playing along.

They are pompous New Yorkers, and there's much advice of the 'cancel your catalogs omg because you get so many catalogs work on a budget and buy this "very cheap" three thousand dollar thing' that I can totally ignore, but you would would be aMAZED at how good it felt to get rid of all those extra books! I would not have thought it so, but lo, so it was. Then again, I'm a monstrous interlibraryloan hooooor, so not-here-books is not such a tragedy.

ooo. we just started a batch of oatmeal stout...but I think we fucked up on the yeast...hmmmmm
so, i've been samply oatmeal stouts so that i can have a point of reference.
