I feel very much as if I achieved something this weekend. We went to Flu Tag and Eeyore's Birthday and there was much stomping around between events and the end result is that I'm all madly in touch with my nomadic-festival side. I would follow the Dead right now, I would, just for a place to go.
So Wes, Val...Burning Man next year? Is sounding better and better.
I have a very complex sunburn, the effect of desultory sunscreen application. One small patch on my lower left shoulder-blade is burned, and the areas around the straps of my tank-top, sliced thru with white-white-fishbelly skin where the actual strap lay. Everything else is kind of smoothly mottled, white pinking to red and fading back into pale again. I'm very much in love - if I had a digital camera, I would post pictures. Ah, but I would have a crap-ass camera if I had one, and the subtle gradations would never show up.
